This full-home transformation is a true showcase of thoughtful design, elevated craftsmanship, and family-friendly functionality.
Crafted Edge Homes completed a complete gut renovation of the main floor, second floor, and basement, reimagining every space with purpose (and beauty).

The exterior received a full Hardie makeover, blending board-and-batten with detailed Hardie shakes for texture and charm. A newly framed roof over the front door—complete with an arched cedar soffit and larger entrance posts—creates an inviting first impression. New triple-pane windows, a four-panel patio door, and a beautifully gel-coated fiberglass front door round out the refreshed curb appeal.

Inside, the home features oak hardwood throughout the main and upper floors, tying each space together with warmth. The kitchen anchors the heart of the home with White Dove cabinetry, an apron-front sink, panel-ready appliances, a custom wood hood fan, china cabinet–style storage, and glass-detailed uppers for added character.

Arched MDF openings and wainscotting bring timeless architectural detail to the main level, including the dining room with its custom built-ins and coffee cabinet. The great room features a new gas firebox flanked by storage and open shelving, creating a cozy yet refined family gathering space.

Upstairs, the curbless ensuite shower, freestanding tub, arched water closet entrance, and built-in cabinetry create a spa-like retreat. Additional spaces—including the kids’ Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a stylish laundry room, and a custom office with built-ins for video meetings—prioritize both beauty and everyday practicality.

The basement carries the same thoughtful design, complete with a charming built-in playhouse under the stairs, making it a space families will love to use for years to come.
